At E.ON Next, creativity has always been at the heart of how we connect with customers and bring our purpose to life. As Head of Creative, I led the development and delivery of through-the-line campaigns that spanned brand storytelling, sustainability messaging, and customer experience, ensuring that every brief became an opportunity to build connection, distinction, and trust.
These campaigns helped shift perceptions of energy from transactional to emotional. Spotlighting the real people, progress, and actions driving the transition to a more sustainable future.

Created behaviour-change campaigns supporting tariff adoption, smart meter installation and energy tech uptake alongside purpose lead campaigns around eco-anxiety, making energy shifts, balancing commercial outcomes with purpose

Developed a distinctive tone of voice and visual treatment for purpose messaging that translated across broadcast, digital, and CRM channels

How we made it work.
We built campaigns from the inside out, working in agile squads to ensure every idea was connected to strategy, data and delivery. By owning the creative process in-house, we were able to move quickly, challenge brief assumptions, and produce work that resonated deeply with our audience. From major campaign platforms to reactive tactical bursts, our approach combined commercial focus with creative clarity.
