I’m a senior creative leader with a track record of building high-performing in-house agencies and launching brands from the ground up. I specialise in turning creative functions into strategic brand partners — delivering award-winning work, operational clarity, and strong creative cultures.
At E.ON Next, I built the in-house agency and brand from scratch. What began as a blank slate has become a fully-fledged creative team of 27 — spanning design, copy, animation, art direction and production. Together, we’ve created the entire brand ecosystem, launched national campaigns, and delivered everything from ATL to customer journeys.
Beyond the work itself, I’ve developed the agency’s full operational model — including workflow systems, brand governance and process design. By embedding tools like Asana and Frontify, we’ve scaled output, improved quality, and delivered tangible cost savings through in-house delivery.
My creative philosophy is grounded in collaboration, clarity and courage. I believe great teams make great work — and I love building the environment, structure and culture that lets creativity thrive inside big, complex organisations.
